This Filler has a Valve Controlled Drain and Stainless-Steel Float Valve with Automatic Shut Off. It also has a mechanical stop at the edge of the nozzle, ensuring you a consistent fill every single time. 4 Gallon Capacity Tank fills from bottom. Machine fills 850+ bottles per hour on average but varies depending on bottle size and operator speed. Fills bottles from 300ml to 1.5 liters+.

Machine has no electrical connections. There is a Stainless-Steel, 19mm (Outer Diameter) Barbed Fitting located on the bottom of the tank. You will simply attach your hose from your supply to this barbed fitting (3/4” thread GAS MALE – BSP) to fill the tank from the bottom. As the bottle fills through the large opening at the tip of the nozzle, the oxygen/gas is being by displaced by the liquid and is evacuated through the small exhaust port at the tip of the nozzle. This oxygen/gas then moves up through the nozzle and exits above the liquid reservoir within the tank.
