4-Nozzle Rinsing/Sparging Station cleans and sanitizes as well as blows air/gas into bottles.  2 Nozzles specifically blow air/gas while the other 2 Nozzles are designated for water rinsing. Stainless Steel Frame with Water Filter included (rated at .45 microns). Also includes Air Regulator with Air Filter.  Machine is pneumatic and therefore, is not powered by electricity.

For the 2 nozzles sparging air, n2 (or CO2), you can choose if you want to use them with filtered compressed air or with a gas. Manufacturer suggests using nitrogen or accurately pre-filtered, compressed air due to the contact with product. Non-filtered air may leave traces of contamination elements (i.e., mechanic oil droplets…) inside of bottles.
